Q1: How long will it take to receive my order?

Q2: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Carter Couture offers free shipping on all UK orders — no minimum purchase required.

Q3: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Q4: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Q5: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also track it anytime via our Order Tracking page.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Q6: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.

Q7: What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
A: We’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — free of charge.

Q9: When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
A: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
